Rental Agreement & Waiver

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:


  1. Responsibility for Equipment: I am fully responsible for all rented items, including but not limited to chairs, tables, bounce houses, tents, and any additional rented party equipment.


  2. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items: I agree to pay for any item that becomes damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period.

    • Damage fees will be based on repair costs or full replacement value.

    • If an item cannot be repaired, the customer must pay the full replacement cost.


  3. Proper Use of Equipment: I agree to use all rental items safely and for their intended purposes. Improper use that results in damage will still be my responsibility.


  4. Bounce House Safety

    • Adult supervision is required at all times.

    • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or flips allowed inside the bounce house.

    • Equipment must not be moved once set up by Wee Party staff


  5. Weather Conditions: For safety, bounce houses must not be used during high winds, lightning, or severe weather. If unsafe weather occurs, I am aware that I must immediately stop use.


  6. Liability Release: Wee Party is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the use of rented equipment. I, the customer, will assume all risks associated with equipment use.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Final payment is due before delivery. (See Payment Policy located on invoice)

  • 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Deposits are non- refundable under any circumstances. However, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and notice provided. (See terms of cancellation located on the Wee Party website)

    Pet & Sanitation Policy

    At Wee Party, LLC (weeparty2.com), the safety and cleanliness of our equipment and the well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, the following policy applies to all rentals and event setups:

    No Pets Around Inflatables

    Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on or around inflatable equipment at all times.

    This includes, but is not limited to, dogs, cats, and other household or outdoor animals.

    Pet hair, claws, and waste can cause damage to equipment and pose health and safety risks to children and guests.

    Sanitation & Site Conditions

    The setup area must be clean, dry, and free of animal feces, urine, trash, sharp objects, mud, or any other unhealthy or unsafe conditions.

    Wee Party, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup or remove equipment if animal feces or other unsanitary conditions are present at the time of delivery or during the event.

    Right to Refuse Service

    If equipment cannot be safely set up due to pets, pet waste, or unsanitary conditions, no refunds will be issued.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area meets all safety and cleanliness requirements prior to our arrival.

    By booking with Wee Party, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
