Proper Use of Equipment: I agree to use all rental items safely and for their intended purposes. Improper use that results in damage will still be my responsibility.
Generator Use and Extension Cord Agreement
To ensure the safe operation of inflatable rentals, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Approved Power Source
All bounce houses and inflatables must be connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet or a generator approved by Wee Party, LLC.
Wee Party, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the available power source is deemed unsafe or inadequate.
Extension Cord Usage
Only extension cords provided or approved by Wee Party, LLC may be used to operate rental equipment.
Clients shall not substitute, modify, splice, or connect additional extension cords without prior approval from Wee Party, LLC.
Extension cords must remain fully extended and may not be covered with rugs, tarps, mats, or other materials that could create overheating hazards.
Trip and Safety Hazards
The Client acknowledges that extension cords and power cables may create trip hazards.
The Client agrees to monitor guests and restrict access to areas where cords are present.
Wee Party, LLC shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from contact with extension cords, power cables, generators, or electrical equipment after setup is completed.
Generator Rental and Operation
If a generator is rented from Wee Party, LLC, it shall be used solely for the equipment provided by Wee Party, LLC unless otherwise authorized in writing.
The generator must remain in the designated location established during setup and may not be moved by the Client or guests.
The Client agrees not to refuel, tamper with, or perform maintenance on the generator.
Any damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized operation, movement, or tampering shall be the responsibility of the Client.
Power Interruptions
The Client understands that loss of power may cause the inflatable to deflate.
If the inflatable begins to deflate, all participants must immediately exit the unit until power is restored and the inflatable is fully reinflated.
Wee Party, LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow these safety instructions.
Client Responsibility
The Client assumes full responsibility for monitoring the rental area and ensuring guests comply with all safety requirements.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wee Party, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the use of generators, extension cords, electrical connections, or power interruptions during the rental period.
Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Generator and Extension Cord Policy and accept full responsibility for the safe use of all electrical equipment associated with the rental.
For safety, bounce houses must not be used during high winds, lightning, or severe weather. If unsafe weather occurs, I am aware that I must immediately stop use.
Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy
The safety of our customers, guests, employees, and equipment is a top priority at Wee Party Rentals. Weather conditions can change quickly, and certain rental equipment cannot be safely delivered, installed, or operated during severe or potentially dangerous weather.
WEATHER MONITORING
Wee Party Rentals reserves the right to monitor local weather conditions before and during all outdoor events.
If inclement weather is forecast, customers may receive a weather advisory before their scheduled event. Receiving a weather advisory does not automatically mean that the reservation has been canceled.
Customers should remain available by phone, text, or email for important updates regarding their rental.
UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS
Delivery, setup, or use of rental equipment may be delayed, suspended, relocated, or canceled when conditions are determined to be unsafe.
Unsafe conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Thunderstorms or lightning
- High or gusty winds
- Tornado watches or warnings
- Tropical storms or severe weather
- Heavy or sustained rainfall
- Flash flooding or standing water
- Saturated or unstable ground
- Unsafe temperatures
- Any condition that could make delivery, setup, operation, or removal of equipment dangerous
All inflatables must be operated according to the manufacturer's safety requirements and maximum allowable wind speeds.
Wee Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to make the final decision regarding whether equipment can be safely installed or operated.
INFLATABLES
Bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, inflatable domes, and other inflatable attractions must not be operated during lightning, thunderstorms, excessive winds, or other unsafe conditions.
If dangerous weather develops while an inflatable is in use, customers must immediately:
1. Stop all participants from using the inflatable.
2. Safely remove all participants.
3. Turn off and unplug the blower when instructed or when conditions require evacuation.
4. Follow all safety instructions provided by Wee Party Rentals.
Customers should never attempt to move, reposition, deflate, or dismantle rental equipment unless specifically instructed to do so.
TENTS AND CANOPIES
Tents and canopies are not storm shelters.
Customers and guests should immediately leave tents or canopies during lightning, severe thunderstorms, high winds, tornado warnings, or other dangerous weather.
Wee Party Rentals may refuse to install or may require removal of a tent or canopy when weather or ground conditions make installation unsafe.
BUMPER CARS & ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Bumper cars, photo booths, concession machines, lighting, speakers, electrical cords, and other electrical equipment should not be exposed to rain, standing water, or unsafe weather conditions.
If an appropriate indoor or fully protected location is unavailable, use may need to be suspended or the rental rescheduled.
WEATHER RESCHEDULING
When significant inclement weather is forecast, customers should contact Wee Party Rentals as soon as possible to discuss available options.
When Wee Party Rentals determines that an outdoor rental cannot safely proceed because of weather, the customer may be offered the opportunity to reschedule the affected rental to another available date.
Any approved weather credit or rescheduled reservation:
- Is subject to equipment and date availability.
- Must be used within the time period established by Wee Party Rentals.
- Applies to the original customer and reservation.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- May require payment of any difference in price if the customer changes equipment, services, location, or rental package.
CUSTOMER-ELECTED CANCELLATION
If Wee Party Rentals determines that conditions are safe for delivery and operation but the customer chooses to cancel because of weather concerns, the cancellation will be handled according to the company's regular cancellation policy.
Forecasted rain alone does not automatically qualify a reservation for cancellation, refund, or weather credit.
AFTER DELIVERY OR SETUP
Once equipment has been delivered and/or set up, payments are generally non-refundable, including situations where weather conditions later prevent the customer from using the equipment for the full rental period.
When severe weather develops unexpectedly, Wee Party Rentals may require equipment to be shut down or discontinue its use for safety reasons.
Safety decisions made by Wee Party Rentals do not constitute a failure to provide the contracted rental service.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP CHANGES
Inclement weather may affect scheduled delivery and pickup times.
Wee Party Rentals may:
- Deliver equipment earlier than originally scheduled.
- Delay delivery until weather conditions improve.
- Pick up equipment earlier than scheduled.
- Delay pickup when travel or working conditions are unsafe.
Customers will be notified of significant scheduling changes whenever reasonably possible.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout their event and following all safety instructions provided by Wee Party Rentals.
The customer agrees to immediately discontinue use of rental equipment if dangerous weather develops.
Failure to follow weather-related safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
SAFETY FIRST
No event, rental payment, or reservation takes priority over safety.
Wee Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse delivery, discontinue operation, or remove equipment whenever weather or site conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
By signing the rental agreement, the customer acknowledges that weather conditions are outside the control of Wee Party Rentals (Wee Party, LLC) and agrees to comply with this Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy.
Pet & Sanitation Policy: At Wee Party, LLC (weeparty2.com), the safety and cleanliness of our equipment and the well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, the following policy applies to all rentals and event setups:
No Pets Around Inflatables
Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on or around inflatable equipment at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to, dogs, cats, and other household or outdoor animals.
Pet hair, claws, and waste can cause damage to equipment and pose health and safety risks to children and guests.
Sanitation & Site Conditions
The setup area must be clean, dry, and free of animal feces, urine, trash, sharp objects, mud, or any other unhealthy or unsafe conditions.
Wee Party, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup or remove equipment if animal feces or other unsanitary conditions are present at the time of delivery or during the event.
Right to Refuse Service
If equipment cannot be safely set up due to pets, pet waste, or unsanitary conditions, no refunds will be issued.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area meets all safety and cleanliness requirements prior to our arrival.
By booking with Wee Party, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
Payment & Cancellation
Final payment is due before delivery. (See Payment Policy located on invoice)
48-hour cancellation notice is required. Deposits are non- refundable under any circumstances. However, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and notice provided.
