Event Rentals

Rental Agreement & Waiver

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Equipment: I am fully responsible for all rented items, including but not limited to chairs, tables, bounce houses, tents, and any additional rented or borrowed party equipment.

   
   

2. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items: I agree to pay for any item that becomes damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period.

   • Damage fees will be based on repair costs or full replacement value.

   • If an item cannot be repaired, the customer must pay the full replacement cost.

     
     

3. Proper Use of Equipment: I agree to use all rental items safely and for their intended purposes. Improper use that results in damage will still be my responsibility.

   Generator Use and Extension Cord Agreement

   To ensure the safe operation of inflatable rentals, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

   Approved Power Source

   All bounce houses and inflatables must be connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet or a generator approved by Wee Party, LLC.

   Wee Party, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the available power source is deemed unsafe or inadequate.

   Extension Cord Usage

   Only extension cords provided or approved by Wee Party, LLC may be used to operate rental equipment.

   Clients shall not substitute, modify, splice, or connect additional extension cords without prior approval from Wee Party, LLC.

   Extension cords must remain fully extended and may not be covered with rugs, tarps, mats, or other materials that could create overheating hazards.

   Trip and Safety Hazards

   The Client acknowledges that extension cords and power cables may create trip hazards.

   The Client agrees to monitor guests and restrict access to areas where cords are present.

   Wee Party, LLC shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from contact with extension cords, power cables, generators, or electrical equipment after setup is completed.

   Generator Rental and Operation

   If a generator is rented from Wee Party, LLC, it shall be used solely for the equipment provided by Wee Party, LLC unless otherwise authorized in writing.

   The generator must remain in the designated location established during setup and may not be moved by the Client or guests.

   The Client agrees not to refuel, tamper with, or perform maintenance on the generator.

   Any damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized operation, movement, or tampering shall be the responsibility of the Client.

   Power Interruptions

   The Client understands that loss of power may cause the inflatable to deflate.

   If the inflatable begins to deflate, all participants must immediately exit the unit until power is restored and the inflatable is fully reinflated.

   Wee Party, LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow these safety instructions.

   Client Responsibility

   The Client assumes full responsibility for monitoring the rental area and ensuring guests comply with all safety requirements.

   The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wee Party, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the use of generators, extension cords, electrical connections, or power interruptions during the rental period.

   Acknowledgment

   By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Generator and Extension Cord Policy and accept full responsibility for the safe use of all electrical equipment associated with the rental.

   
   

4. Bounce House Safety

   • Adult supervision is required at all times.

   • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or flips allowed inside the bounce house.

   • Equipment must not be moved once set up by Wee Party staff

     
     

5. Weather Conditions: For safety, bounce houses must not be used during high winds, lightning, or severe weather. If unsafe weather occurs, I am aware that I must immediately stop use.

   
   

6. Liability Release: Wee Party is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the use of rented equipment. I, the customer, will assume all risks associated with equipment use.

Payment & Cancellation

• Final payment is due before delivery. (See Payment Policy located on invoice)

• 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Deposits are non- refundable under any circumstances. However, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and notice provided. (See terms of cancellation located on the Wee Party website)

  Pet & Sanitation Policy

  At Wee Party, LLC (weeparty2.com), the safety and cleanliness of our equipment and the well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, the following policy applies to all rentals and event setups:

  No Pets Around Inflatables

  Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on or around inflatable equipment at all times.

  This includes, but is not limited to, dogs, cats, and other household or outdoor animals.

  Pet hair, claws, and waste can cause damage to equipment and pose health and safety risks to children and guests.

  Sanitation & Site Conditions

  The setup area must be clean, dry, and free of animal feces, urine, trash, sharp objects, mud, or any other unhealthy or unsafe conditions.

  Wee Party, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup or remove equipment if animal feces or other unsanitary conditions are present at the time of delivery or during the event.

  Right to Refuse Service

  If equipment cannot be safely set up due to pets, pet waste, or unsanitary conditions, no refunds will be issued.

  Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area meets all safety and cleanliness requirements prior to our arrival.

  By booking with Wee Party, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
