Wee Party Rentals
Table & Chair Rental Policy
Please follow these rules when using rented tables and chairs:
- Table coverings are required. Keep a covering on each table while it is in use.
- Do not use sharp objects, hammers, heated appliances, or heat guns on or near the rentals.
- Do not apply tape or adhesives to any rental item.
- Do not exceed the following weight limits. Distribute weight evenly.

Adult chair| 500 lb
Table| 1,500 lb
Children’s chair| 75 lb
Children’s table| 150 lb
Assumption of Risk and Injury Release
I understand that using rental equipment may involve risks, including accidents or personal injury. I accept responsibility for using the equipment safely and following all instructions provided by Wee Party Rentals. I will inform other guest/users about the safe use and any applicable instructions for rented equipment. I understand that I am responsible my guest using the equipment responsibly and following safety precautions and instructions. I release Wee Party Rentals and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims for injury arising from the use of rental equipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Equipment
I accept responsibility for rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in my care. All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, allowing for ordinary use.
I agree to pay the reasonable cost to repair or replace any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in my possession.
By signing this document, I hereby waive and release Wee Party Rentals, its owners, and its staff from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to the services provided.
