Event Setup Policies
1. Retainer & Payments A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all event dates. Final payment must be made no later than 7 days before the event. No setup will begin until the balance has been paid in full. Additional services, last-minute changes, or overtime setup may result in extra charges.
2. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide accurate event details and venue access information. Ensure setup areas are clean, safe, and accessible upon arrival. Obtain any required venue approvals or permits. Provide access to electricity when needed. Ensure someone age 18 or older is present during setup and breakdown if required.
3. Venue & Setup Conditions Wee Party, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, power outages, or third-party vendors. Setup times may vary depending on venue access and event size. Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions and may require modifications for safety.
4. Balloon & Décor Disclaimer Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, sharp objects, and rough handling. Wee Party, LLC is not responsible for popped balloons or damage after setup has been completed. Balloon colors and materials may vary slightly based on availability.
5. Rental Items Clients are responsible for all rented items during the rental period. Damaged, missing, stained, or broken items will result in replacement or repair fees. Rental items must not be moved, altered, or used improperly. Personalized décor items may only be kept if they include the honoree’s name and/or picture. All non-personalized décor, props, stands, drapes, frames, rental furniture, and display items remain the property of Wee Party, LLC and must be returned or left for scheduled pickup.
6. Candles, Lighting & Specialty Décor Wee Party, LLC is not liable for injuries or damages caused by open flames, candles, lighting equipment, or décor once the event begins. Clients must supervise children around décor and rental equipment at all times.
7. Cancellation Policy Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges. If the event is postponed, transfer of payments to a new date is based on availability.
8. Photography Release Wee Party, LLC may photograph event décor and setups for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, advertisements, and marketing materials unless the client submits a written request to decline. Initial here if you DO NOT authorize
Liability Waiver
I, the undersigned client, understand and acknowledge that event décor, balloons, rental equipment, props, and setup items may present certain risks if handled improperly. I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Wee Party, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:
Use or misuse of rental equipment or décor
Weather-related damages to outdoor setups
Injuries involving balloons, props, stands, lighting, or event décor
Venue restrictions or venue-related incidents
Theft, vandalism, or damages caused by guests or third parties
The client assumes full responsibility for all guests, attendees, children, and venue conditions during the event.
Damage Agreement The client agrees to pay for any damaged, missing, excessively dirty, broken, or stolen rental items belonging to Wee Party, LLC within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
Agreement & Signature By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the policies and liability waiver stated above.
